David A. Gentile

Mr. Gentile held the position of Chief Compliance Officer for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission from 2012-2014. In 2014 Mr. Gentile resumed his position as President and CEO of Protocol Security Partners. On July 15, 2015, Mr. Gentile was nominated and accepted the position of Inspector General for the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA). At that time, Mr. Gentile stepped down as President and CEO of Protocol Security Partners to avoid conflict of interest.

As of May 2016 Mr. Gentile resigned from his position as Inspector General for the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and immediately returned to the company he founded, Protocol Security Partners. He is looking forward to resuming his duties as CEO and President of the company.

Mr. Gentile was formerly the Vice-President of Administration for the Cordish Gaming Group based in Baltimore, Maryland, and Atlantic City, New Jersey.  Mr. Gentile’s principal duties included oversight and management of the Human Resources, Surveillance, and Security programs for company gaming properties.  In addition, Mr. Gentile personally conducted leadership training seminars for executive staff, and management and supervision training for property directors, managers, and supervisors.

Prior to joining the Cordish Gaming Group, Mr. Gentile served four years as Director of Operations for the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Philadelphia Pennsylvania.  Mr. Gentile supervised six labor unions, negotiated exposition contracts with all show contractors, and was responsible for the successful implementation of the Customer Satisfaction Agreement which brought new vitality and business to the Convention Center.

Mr. Gentile’s primary career accomplishments were devoted to his government service as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 24 years.  His expertise in supervising complex criminal investigations involving organized crime and labor racketeering cases resulted in numerous commendations, awards, and recognition during his investigative career.  Mr. Gentile assumed the position of Police Training/National Academy Coordinator for the Philadelphia Division of the FBI during the last six years of his Bureau career.  He provided leadership training to command personnel of local, state and federal law enforcement agencies throughout the Middle-Atlantic States, including National Academy attendees at the FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia.  In addition, Mr. Gentile organized training programs for over 500 local, state, and federal agencies and departments during his tenure as Police Training Coordinator.

Mr. Gentile began his professional career as an educator in the state of Virginia.  He was a middle school teacher, elementary and middle school principal for 10 years before joining the FBI.

Mr. Gentile is a member of multiple professional local, state, and federal law enforcement organizations and associations.

Mr. Gentile earned his BA and M.ED degrees from Lynchburg College, Lynchburg, Virginia, and ED.S degree, with honors, from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia.

Radek Lakomy

Radek Lakomy has applied his strategic thinking in national and international security to real life experience leading, designing, and executing operational strategies for both commercial organizations and military establishments.  A veteran of both Czech and Israeli Special Forces, Lakomy has provided advice, intelligence and his training expertise to both countries’ law enforcement and military.

Mr. Lakomy has served as a counter-terror consultant to the Czeck Republic and an analyst for Israel’s International Counter-Terror Institute, where he became an expert on Hezbollah and Hamas.  He was also Regional Executive Manager Assistant for ISRASEC, during which time he assisted with security and training of government and private organizations in Eastern Europe.

In 2007, he served as Assistant Cultural Attache for the Czech Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Most recently, as Director for Intelligence and Security for Post Commercials LLC, Mr. Lakomy built, trained and managed the entire security structure for the company.  With a Master’s degree from George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs, and a Bachelor  degree from Inter-Disciplinary Center Herzliya, Israel, he is an expert in weapons of mass destruction, nuclear proliferation, the technical aspects of nuclear weapons and reactors, and international economics.

Mr. Lakomy is fluent or functional in Hebrew, English, Russian, German, Czech, Slovakian and some Arabic.  Additionally, he teaches Wing Chun Kung Fu to law enforcement and military, is an NRA pistol instructor, an NRA home and personal defense instructor, a Unified Team Diving scuba instructor, and a helicopter pilot candidate
